Santa Maria Accommodation - Rome

The location allowed easy access to major attractions like the Colosseum.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite challenging. We received no prior instructions. The towels in our room were not fully dry upon arrival, a disappointment.

Nice place for a short stay and very helpful staff. Reasonably large and cool units with spacious bathroom.

We were given new-fashioned, warm room with spacious bathroom. The venue was in a central location near Roma Termini train station, both subway and Roma Termini train station and Colosseum, Forum, Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and all other extreemely beautiful historic locations.

The room was a good size for our family of three, and the staff were helpful and friendly !

Location was solid, yet the neighborhood could use some improvement, as it didn't feel entirely safe after dark.

How it stacks up, my honest take

The location was fantastic, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and close to major attractions like the Colosseum. Rooms were cozy and well-maintained with daily cleaning, while the friendly staff were great. Perfect for walking enthusiasts, the area felt safe for evening strolls!

Location: the hotel was short walk to metro / bus stations and all the big sightseeing places including Colosseum, Forum, Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and all other extreemely beautiful historic locations. There was La Vecchia Conca Srl steps away from the venue...

a nice hotel in rome. cool and new-fashioned rooms with all amenities and ac, as for instance. a good restaurant available in the property. early check-in, easy check-out.

the bathroom water temperature was a bit off , but the location was great with easy access to sights. the staff was super friendly and offered warm rooms. the clean daily service was also a big plus!

The location allowed for easy access to major attractions, with a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and a 25-minute stroll to the Spanish Steps. The staff consistently provided attentive service. While the communal kitchen was a nice touch, the noise from the street and thin walls could be bothersome at night. AC functioned well, a relief after a long day exploring.
